About

“I was looking out through the crack in the door of the closet at this desk where [President Hoover] was going to broadcast in his office at the White House. I don’t know what office it was. We didn’t have that expression ‘Oval Office.’ I mean, we had it, I suppose, but it wasn’t very common.” - Robert Trout, Correspondent
