Remembering Vince Calandra

We are sad to learn that talent executive Vince Calandra has passed away at the age of 91. Calandra started his career in the mailroom at CBS before moving on to do the cue cards on The Ed Sullivan Show, and eventually becoming the talent coordinator for that series. During his tenure on the show, the biggest names in music and comedy appeared, everyone from Bob Dylan to Irving Berlin and – perhaps mostly famously – The Beatles in February 1964.
