Aired on October 11, 1963, "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" appeared in season five of The Twilight Zone.  As William Shatner says in his Archive interview: "For some reason this episode seems to catch a twinge of some universal nightmare.  People seem to remember it, and talk about it, and I get kidded about it even now about: 'Do you see anything on the wing of the airplane?'"
